Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and transfer surgical products
Resolve manufacturing and quality-related problems
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes
Develop and transfer control plans for manufacturing sites

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or M.S with 7+ years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, PMP certified preferred
Process expertise applicable to medical device manufacturing
Design experience relating to manufacturing transfer
Strong knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485 Design Control
Proficient knowledge of Process Excellence / Six Sigma statistical analysis techniques
