About the role

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with Integer’s growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (VP and C-suite) at major OEM customers
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity identification, acquisition, and retention
  • Provide feedback on market trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and forecasting
  • Mentor Account Managers, providing guidance on strategic selling, negotiation, and account development
  • Ensure adherence to Integer’s values, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Proven success in complex solution sales and multi-year contract negotiations
  • Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, executive engagement, and value-based selling
  • Financial acumen to assess deal impact and profitability
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
