About the role
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with Integer’s growth objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (VP and C-suite) at major OEM customers
- Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity identification, acquisition, and retention
- Provide feedback on market trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and forecasting
- Mentor Account Managers, providing guidance on strategic selling, negotiation, and account development
- Ensure adherence to Integer’s values, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Proven success in complex solution sales and multi-year contract negotiations
- Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry
- Expertise in strategic account planning, executive engagement, and value-based selling
- Financial acumen to assess deal impact and profitability
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
