About the role
- Lead, develop and oversee a PMO team that identifies and seeks to harness enterprise or category growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively influence without authority
- Orchestrate the entire product launch lifecycle, from market strategy to post-launch optimization
- Propose and plan key projects and initiatives with the Senior Leadership Team
- Provide timely updates to the Senior Leadership Team on project status, challenges and actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA/Advanced degree desirable
- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, project management, strategic analysis, change management and large-scale program activity for a global, matrixed organization
- Experience in medical device is required
- Ability to develop and hold project teams accountable to agreed upon KPI’s
- Strong Financial and Business acumen
- Proven data analytics capabilities
