About the role

  • Manage a complex portfolio of software implementation projects for strategic clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for executive sponsors
  • Ensure that projects deliver value on time and within budget
  • Prepare and lead Steering Committee meetings with client C-suite members
  • Engage hands-on to assist project managers during critical phases
  • Manage escalations and drive a program plan across initiatives
  • Coordinate quarterly roadmap reviews with stakeholders
  • Identify resource gaps and align team members with project needs
  • Incorporate innovative methodologies to accelerate delivery

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of senior program direction/management experience
  • Proven track record in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Minimum of 8 years in a technology-oriented company or role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and can work under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
