About the role

  • Grow, lead, and mentor a high-performing DevX team, attracting and retaining top platform engineering talent
  • Define and implement the organization's DevX strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives for speed, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), such as DORA metrics, to measure the effectiveness of the DevX function and the CI/CD pipeline
  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure CI/CD platform leveraging cloud technologies, focusing on Azure DevOps
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of critical tools like SonarQube and Artifactory into the CI/CD workflow
  • Optimize infrastructure provisioning and costs through standardized Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Platform leadership role
  • 3+ years in Engineering leadership with increasing responsibility
  • Strong technical expertise in CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with automating security and quality checks within the pipeline
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
