About the role
- Be an integral part of defining and own the product vision, roadmap, and operating model for our central document management services
- Translate enterprise needs (risk, compliance, legal, audit, security, business units) into a cohesive, scalable platform strategy that delivers measurable outcomes
- Foster a great work environment by mentoring emerging leaders and managers, attracting developing, and retaining outstanding talent
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs, prioritize value, and ensure adoption and satisfaction
- Establish clear success metrics (availability, performance, time-to-publish, search relevance, policy governance KPIs, user satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end platform reliability: architecture, security, scalability, cost, and operational resilience
- Communicate priorities, progress, and risks transparently to executives and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across business units, technology, and shared services to accelerate execution and adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent mix of education and experience
- 10+ years in software development with hands-on Agile/Scrum experience; 5+ years leading one or more software development teams at scale
- Track record leading platforms or products with high availability, strong security, and complex stakeholder environments; experience with content/document management or knowledge management systems is a strong asset
- Proven success managing budgets for large projects/portfolios and optimizing cost-to-serve (e.g., cloud spend, licensing, support models)
- Demonstrated success managing production operations, SLAs/SLOs, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement
- Strong product mindset: ability to balance user experience, governance, security, and delivery speed
- Strong program/project management at scale: portfolio planning, roadmap execution, dependency/risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Inspirational leader who builds inclusive, respectful, and high-performance cultures
- Excellent communication and influence skills with executives and cross-functional teams; ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
- Bilingualism (French and English). For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country
