Supervises and accompanies resources on internal and external audits

Provide leadership and demonstrates solid understanding of security concepts, is accountable for operational end-result deliverables, supervising daily activities through work planning and distribution, fostering teamwork and guiding staff members' training and development

Requirements

Experience in SIEM with Microsoft Sentinel, AWS and Google
SOAR automation
UEBA
Agentic AI
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
8 to 10 years in cybersecurity or Devops or with an infrastructure team
At least 3 years of experience in IT Security monitoring (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, TIP, UEBA)
Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO I, PSPO II) will be considered an asset
Good understanding of the Agile development process and best practices
Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Your experience and application knowledge in the insurance field, an asset
Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
