About the role

  • Define the AI (Artificial Intelligence) product vision and strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders and to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for AI user-centered product development.
  • Manage the backlog : Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps.
  • Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.
  • Facilitate cross-collaboration : Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary agile team from idea generation to execution.
  • Work with business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers.
  • Demonstrate the value of AI solutions through effective communication and presentations.
  • Manage risks : Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in AI development.
  • Monitor product performance : Track the impact of AI solutions.
  • Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating and delivering digital products.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders through effective communication, serving as a leader who persuades and convinces with clarity.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven experience in product design.
  • Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.
  • Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.
  • Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
