Design and develop reports for product teams to test, track, and improve the outcomes of new and ongoing initiatives.
Automate data distribution to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data and optimize its use in digital adoption programs.
Continuously improve the tools, data, and reports developed or used by the team.

Requirements

College or university degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
Ability to analyze and communicate complex results.
Excellent knowledge of SQL, VBA, and SAS programming languages.
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI, as well as Snowflake and Adobe Analytics.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required.
