About the role
- developing relationships with our growing customer base
- conducting regular business reviews & customer meetings
- providing detailed proposals for new requirements
- introducing new products and services
- assisting with complex helpdesk issues
- working with other Xline personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account
- holding annual service level reviews with assigned Customers
- meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
- ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date
- working with team members to develop and undertake marketing campaigns
- maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers with a view to providing future case studies /reference visit
Requirements
- Diploma or an Accounting Qualification or Sales / Marketing qualification
- A minimum of 2 years commercial Sales/ Customer experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment
- Strong & broad practical knowledge of Accounting Software
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
