About the role
- Serves as a primary contact for underwriting and claim processing for customer schools
- Handles written correspondence, e-mail and phone calls from schools, parents and account representatives
- Reviews and calculates insured student data from schools/colleges
- Prepares and issues insurance policy documents
- Researches plan information and follows up with clients in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepares, documents, and files copies of client information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College graduate preferred
- Previous office and customer service experience required
