Product Designer

• Collaborate regularly with the UX team and project stakeholders
• Participate in discovery sessions
• Learn customer needs and market trends through customer interaction and market research
• Help maintain and grow the design system through feedback and collaboration
• Collaborate with user researchers on interviews, surveys, shadowing, and usage-data analytics
• Communicate ideas through storyboards, workflows, mockups, wireframes, and static and functional prototypes
• Apply and advocate for user-centered design and product-development processes and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and explain design concepts and decisions to product/development teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Use established design-system components and patterns consistently and provide feedback on usability, efficiency, and consistency
• Learn insurance-industry business needs by market
• Stay current on industry and job-related trends and best practices
