About the role

  • Own end-to-end brand paid media strategy, investment, and execution across TV, OTT, online video, and paid social
  • Set channel-level strategies aligned to revenue, growth, and efficiency goals, leading media planning, buying, measurement, and ongoing optimization
  • Identify, test, and scale new platforms, formats, audiences, and creative opportunities, applying insights into business-as-usual media activity
  • Define and execute a first-party data acquisition and activation strategy to improve targeting, relevance, and media effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with media platforms, agencies, and technology partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive holistic, full-funnel growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments, sharing insights and best practices across the marketing organization

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in paid media, brand media, or integrated media roles, with hands-on ownership across upper and mid funnel channels
  • Deep expertise in paid social and video platforms, with experience managing or influencing TV and OTT investments
  • Proven experience owning media budgets, managing forecasts, and optimizing performance against revenue, growth, and efficiency goals
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to source and analyze media performance data and translate it into clear insights and actions
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing agencies and platform partners, with a track record of driving impact through collaboration
