• Provide guidance to staff and review licensing applications
• Ensure understanding of obligations within the regulatory framework
• Lead complex regulatory licensing cases
• Mentor and support unit staff
• Facilitate regular team meetings
• Handle escalated licensing inquiries and disputes
• Monitor and report on trends in licensing
• Develop policies and processes related to applications and reviews
