About the role
- managing key program initiatives in scholarship, grantmaking, and professional recognition programs; overseeing operations and recommending enhancements to improve effectiveness. monitoring and evaluating program impact by tracking metrics and outcomes, reporting insights to stakeholders and implementing approved changes to strengthen impact. collaborating with team members to support strategic partnership efforts with companies, organizations, institutions, and municipalities. providing administrative support and strategic guidance to committees, task forces, and workgroups. creating content for communications that include email newsletters, social media posts, annual reports, funding proposals, and grant requests.
Requirements
- a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or nonprofit management, or equivalent experience. at least two years of experience related to strategic program development, implementation, and evaluation; in a non-profit setting preferred. experience working with volunteers or committees. critical thinking and analytical skills; strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and strong oral and written communication skills. experience with workforce development, research, and/or grantmaking preferred
