About the role
- Responsibility within the Professional Services team in a challenging environment.
- Working with exciting customers on a variety of projects.
- Developing tailored solutions and providing consulting on an equal footing.
- Structuring feature requests and improvement ideas and contributing them to the product roadmap.
- Serving as the link between customers and the instellix Product Team.
- Analyzing customer requirements related to subscription, billing, payment and accounting.
- Confident project management: planning, controlling, prioritizing and keeping projects on track in complex situations.
- Representing the customer value of solutions clearly and questioning requirements.
- Taking responsibility beyond your own tasks, supporting team development and ensuring quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services organization or technology consulting firm as a Solution Consultant or in a comparable role.
- Strong domain expertise – you know subscription, billing, payment and accounting processes from every angle.
- Willingness to quickly learn instellix’s functions so you can provide optimal advice at any time.
- Very good technical understanding; a technical background such as a degree in business informatics would be a major plus.
- Experience in system design using configuration and/or customer customizations, integration, testing and support.
- Willingness to share your knowledge with the team and to learn from your colleagues.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
