- Managing Service Delivery: Execution of the TA strategy – determining the approach to any new requisition to deliver a quick, effective, and engaging process.
- Partnership Management: Providing a world-class experience to all key stakeholders (inc. hiring managers and candidates) and continually expanding our sphere of influence with the client.
Requirements
- You're a top-tier recruitment and client stakeholder manager who quickly builds trust with everyone you meet.
- You have experience in an in-house, embedded or RPO environment.
- You are self-aware and always eager to learn and grow.
- You excel in all aspects of recruitment, managing roles from start to finish with speed, quality, and a world-class experience.
- Your time management, planning, and prioritizing skills are exceptional, with impeccable follow-through and process control.
- You enthusiastically embrace new technology and innovative ways of working.
- You're comfortable analysing data and reports to gain insights and continually improve.
- Desirable if you have experience placing (headhunting) senior finance candidates previously.
