About the role
- Resolve technical questions related to the operation of the services offered
- Collaborate with and support fellow Support team members in resolving incidents
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for case resolution
- Identify priority levels for Support cases
- Propose and lead improvements to Support processes
Requirements
- 2+ years in Support-related roles
- Demonstrated interest in technical fields and development/automation
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships
- Experience working in agile environments
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Portuguese as primary language; advanced English and intermediate Spanish required
