About the role
- Own conference and industry event preparedness from scheduling meetings to completing briefing documentation
- Lead end-to-end planning for team onsites and industry events
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new commercial team hires
- Manage and optimize calendars for commercial leaders and team cadences
- Own logistics for commercial leaders including travel arrangements
- Use AI to capture weekly sales pipeline meeting notes
- Triage day to day questions and needs from the team
- Maintain and organize team Google Drive ensuring folders are easy to navigate
- Oversee an outsourced processing team managing transactions monthly
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency with standard business tools: calendar, email, docs, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Experience in SaaS, CPG, or retail industries preferred
