About the role
- Drive end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-quarter design initiatives
- Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows to automate various processes
- Own operations and vendor management for design tooling
- Establish scalable systems for capacity planning and resource allocation
- Partner with the Instacart Design System (IDS) team
- Translate leadership vision into actionable operating models
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management or design operations
- Hands-on experience with design systems concepts
- Technical fluency collaborating with design systems and engineering teams
- Proven track record building and scaling operational systems
- Demonstrated AI fluency using LLMs and/or automation platforms
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Proficiency with design and program management tooling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
