• Covering Argentina and Paraguay markets. Part-time, up to 18 hours per week (may be less depending on market requirements). This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
• Oversee the day-to-day multi channel marketing activity for our global agricultural client across a region delivering marketing campaigns, reviewing performance and proactively providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t.
• Help dealers execute the quarterly marketing plans for each of the dealers in your designated area.
• Digital marketing assessments using desk research of digital channels along with a website report and recommended improvements.
• Consult with dealers on identifying, developing and implementing local offers ensuring dealers follow the targeted communications process, as suitable for their business and in line with Business Plan targets and AGCO strategic initiatives.
• Ongoing marketing consultation, including social media support and guidance, utilising a social organic calendar.
• Create engaging material to educate dealers on effective Aftersales Marketing and train dealers, as required.
• Support dealers in the creation of their aftersales marketing materials for each campaign, for channels as relevant to the market utilising AGCO assets.
• Demonstrate expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, timing plans, status reports, planning documents and contact reports.
• Build and maintain strong client communication and report on campaign and programme effectiveness. Act as key client advocate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes. Manage multiple projects.

Dealer Field Marketing Consultant – South America

Backend Engineer

• Working with our bar raising development team comprised of like-minded professionals who find solutions to complex problems
• Develop complex Java code, working with both monolithic and microservices architecture
• Be responsible for estimating development effort on projects
• Help define and execute the development strategy
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are upheld
• Work alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers and QAs in an Agile Scrum environment
• Utilising TDD and working on Java projects built with Spring MVC/Boot, Thymeleaf, RESTful, MongoDB, MySQL, Junit and others
• Produce well documented, clean code
• Provide recommendations on development approaches to address critical business requirements

Lead Java Developer

• Project manage the delivery of assigned creative campaigns across packaging, POS, VM, digital, and press— from brief through to live execution.
• Attend and actively contribute to key project meetings, updating on timelines, delivery progress, and any risks to schedule or budget.
• Support the maintenance of agendas and documentation for project reviews, WIPs, and team stand-ups— ensuring actions are captured and followed up.
• Track and manage project timelines using critical paths and project management tools, escalating risks of late delivery or non-delivery.
• Ensure quality execution of all assets across all touchpoints—working closely with internal design teams and external production partners.
• Manage supplier touchpoints, flagging issues, and ensuring all third-party deliverables are to spec, on time, and on budget.
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Production Manager on budget tracking, supplier performance, and post-campaign reviews.
• Keep stakeholders informed at every stage, providing regular updates and ensuring shared tools and trackers are up to date.
• Support the implementation of best practice in omnichannel delivery—ensuring consistency and quality across in-store and digital.

Marketing Production Planner

Analyst

• Administer, configure, and maintain US financial systems including NetSuite, Datarails, and support Paylocity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to US operations.
• Support system upgrades, migrations and integrations with other business applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT team to enhance system performance and functionality.
• Work with US stakeholders, particularly their finance team, to understand evolving requirements and recommend solutions.
• Act as the SME for NetSuite and Datarails.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of EMEA systems (Sage Intacct, Synergist, Prophix, Rippling) to support group-level activities.
• Manage and respond to support tickets from US users, coordinating escalations as needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving US system issues.
• Help develop user training materials and workshops.
• Design, develop and maintain US reporting in alignment with EMEA reporting standards and methodologies.
• Extract, clean and analyze data from NetSuite and other US systems to support decision-making.
• Support group level reporting by consolidating US data with EMEA systems.
• Manage and control new US reporting requests, providing insight and support to design and test new reporting capabilities.
• Create dashboard and reports for US stakeholders covering financial metrics, performance indicators and operational data.
• Support with ad hoc reporting for US leadership.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies in US systems.
• Ensure data quality and consistency for group-level consolidation activities.
• Work closely with US finance teams and EMEA counterparts to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for US system processes and best practices.
• Capture and document data flow processes between US and EMEA systems.
• Ensure financial systems are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
