Backend Engineer

• - Working with our bar raising development team comprised of like-minded professionals who find solutions to complex problems
• - Develop complex Java code, working with both monolithic and microservices architecture
• - Be responsible for estimating development effort on projects
• - Help define and execute the development strategy
• - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are upheld
• - Work alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers and QAs in an Agile Scrum environment
• - Utilising TDD and working on Java projects built with Spring MVC/Boot, Thymeleaf, RESTful, MongoDB, MySQL, Junit and others
• - Produce well documented, clean code
• - Provide recommendations on development approaches to address critical business requirements

Java Developer

QA Engineer

• Thoroughly testing developed web applications against specified requirements across a variety of desktop browsers and mobile devices, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and a seamless user experience regardless of environment.
• Apply, and further develop, a grounding in test automation by learning and using low‑code and no‑code UI‑based tools as part of your testing responsibilities.
• Diligently recording and monitoring issues to ensure clarity and resolution, maintaining clear communication channels with development teams and stakeholders to expedite troubleshooting and fixes.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation as needed, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to support repeatability and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to effectively resolve issues, providing critical feedback, and participating in defect triage meetings to prioritize problems based on impact and urgency.
• Consistently tracking test progress in alignment with release schedules, while prioritizing workloads efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality or thoroughness.
• Reviewing test environments and processes to drive continuous improvements and uphold high-quality standards, actively suggesting enhancements to test strategies and tools that align with evolving project requirements.
• Supporting the team by providing accurate estimates for testing efforts, contributing to realistic project planning and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Manual Tester – 6 month FTC

Designer

• Create compelling, effective concepts and designs across a variety of channels, including print, digital, social, and in‑store environments.
• Partner with ITG colleagues and client teams to deliver cohesive creative that supports the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial goals.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and budget expectations, communicating proactively if challenges arise.
• Work in line with established workflows—accurately estimating time, meeting deadlines, and completing timesheets as required.
• Stay curious and informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.
