Key responsibilities & impact

Create compelling, effective concepts and designs across a variety of channels, including print, digital, social, and in‑store environments.
Partner with ITG colleagues and client teams to deliver cohesive creative that supports the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial goals.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and budget expectations, communicating proactively if challenges arise.
Work in line with established workflows—accurately estimating time, meeting deadlines, and completing timesheets as required.
Stay curious and informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting ideas clearly
Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to flag challenges early when deadlines or workloads shift
A sense of ownership over your creative output, seeking feedback at the right moments to elevate the work
