About the role

  • - Overall ownership of the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting on an on-going basis.
  • - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes while providing insights to optimize performance.
  • - Support and ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes for Tech.
  • - Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
  • - Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives and investments.
  • - Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across the group.
  • - Identify and implement process improvements for recurring reporting and required insights to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles
  • - Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • - Strong analytical mindset with advanced excel abilities and financial modelling skills
  • - Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • - Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with Prophix is a plus
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
  • - Experience working in a multi-national organisation within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • - Ability to travel periodically to offices in Netherlands
