About the role
- Create legendary experiences for guests by overseeing operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants.
- Serve as the liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas.
- Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
- Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams.
- Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention.
- Support training and development of management team members.
Requirements
- 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
- General knowledge of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Passion for training and developing your team
