• Personal Shopping: you'll help recommend products to our VIP customers based on their past orders and purchasing history, making it easy for them to be inspired and discover new finds from the brands they love
• Product Edits/Curation: you'll support our Marketing team in curating landing pages and pulling products to feature in emails/social media
• Creator Partnerships: you'll help coordinate and manage partnerships and collaborations with various creators that we work with

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across email and chat
• Resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly, escalating when necessary
• Navigate Shopify and customs admin to look up orders
• Maintain accurate records and follow established SOPs
• Represent two luxury brands with warmth and professionalism
• Collaborate with teammates across time zones

Customer Support Agent – Full-Time, B2B

• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Customer Support Agents
• Own the escalations queue in Gorgias
• Build, document, and improve support SOPs
• Oversee Gorgias configuration
• Use Shopify for order lookups and refunds
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Collaborate on operations team launches and promotions
• Solve tickets alongside CS team with lower KPIs
