System Administration & Support Act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for NetSuite. Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting. Provide day-to-day support to Finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly. Process Optimization & Automation Analyze business processes across Finance, Accounting, and related functions. Recommend and implement system improvements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort. Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable workflows, custom scripts, and controls. Implementation & Projects Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways). Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Data Management & Reporting Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems. Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision-making. Support monthly/quarterly close activities with system-driven reconciliations and reporting. Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Implement controls to safeguard data integrity and system security.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration. Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AR, AP, billing, revenue recognition). Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling and system integrations preferred. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams. SaaS or subscription-based business model experience strongly preferred.
