About the role
- Design and execute demand capture programs targeting CISOs, VPs of Security, and AppSec leaders in the mid-market.
- Increase marketing-influenced pipeline and reduce the percentage of SDR-sourced deals.
- Develop repeatable campaign frameworks across paid, ABM, SEO, and outbound support.
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign testing, messaging refinement, and performance analysis.
- Implement AI-assisted persona modeling and ICP refinement in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
- Automate reporting, insights, and performance dashboards to create tight feedback loops.
- Build internal GPT workflows to support marketing operations and sales enablement.
- Plan and coordinate ~20 hosted field dinners annually in partnership with sales - some virtual, some live (and travel to some of them).
- Drive account targeting, messaging, promotion, and follow-up enablement.
- Measure performance based on pipeline influence, meeting conversion, and deal acceleration — not vanity metrics.
- Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, Ahrefs, Claude, and other tools to build structured workflows and measurable impact.
- Establish clear KPIs tied to marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Reallocate budget quickly based on performance data.
Requirements
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid flexibility; 1–2x/week in-person strongly preferred).
- 3–10 years of B2B marketing experience (high-growth SaaS preferred).
- Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
- AI-native mindset: you actively experiment with AI tools to improve velocity and scale.
- Strong analytical thinking — you design tests, measure rigorously, and iterate quickly.
- Highly organized and operationally disciplined.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a zero-to-one environment.
- Sales-aligned and commercially aware.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and performance analytics platforms.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for field events.
