• Lead and coordinate with vision holders to set Pod goals, ensuring the successful implementation of features and mechanics

Designer

• Creates clear and concise written technical documentation, visual design materials, and verbal presentations that describe layout, content, mechanics, systems, and features with an emphasis on combat design
• Designs and develops player interactions for a single player environment
• Technical scripting and hands on implementation within the game editor
• Develops combat features and implements in game, including balancing and adjusting parameters on existing in-game assets
• Implements gameplay and game structure; works with Gameplay Programming team to deliver content that meet each disciplines goals and deadlines
• Follows up with multiple departments on progress of missions or features and updates team as needed through various mediums
• Addresses bugs and gameplay issues to assure a stable and polished product
