About the role

  • Turn growth across Canada into a cultural movement via social, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Monitor platform trends and adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with US and UK marketing teams and paid media agency for Canada campaigns.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with local organizations, influencers, small businesses, and community groups.
  • Plan and execute on-the-ground brand events and bakery launches with operations.
  • Engage with followers, brand advocates, and micro-influencers; foster community online and offline.
  • Track KPIs across social campaigns, partnerships, and events; analyze and optimize for ROI.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in social media marketing, brand marketing, community engagement, or event execution.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining community partnerships.
  • Basic event planning and project management experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Bonus: experience working with influencers or creators.
  • Creative storyteller with an eye for cultural trends.
  • Thrives in both digital and in-person environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative.
