About the role

  • - Support the wider product team in delivering key features.
  • - Work on a variety of projects with differing stakeholders based on changing priorities.
  • - Drive Product Operations improvements through implementing and monitoring an SLA framework.
  • - Support in the enhancement of customer service infrastructure, evolving Salesforce, Zendesk, and customer call software.
  • - Support key enhancements to the ledger system such as interest calculations methods and transactions state visibility.
  • - Play a key role in sprint planning and owning the team’s backlog.
  • - Provide clarity to engineering teams and lead end of sprint demos.

Requirements

  • - Someone who is adaptable in their approach and is comfortable switching tasks.
  • - Someone with a customer service focused background who deeply understands both colleague and customer needs.
  • - Experience in managing customer service focused platforms.
  • - Proven ability to prioritise feature requests based on data.
  • - Ability to build meaningful, longstanding relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • - Action oriented mindset, contributing to improving best practices and refining the product ownership processes.
  • - Able to identify dependencies and challenges and creatively work to resolve them to safeguard the delivery plan for your engineering team.
  • - You prioritise outcomes over output.
  • - Live and breathe product and love working with engineering and test colleagues.
  • - You are a self-starter, are curious and actively takes ownership to deliver outcomes.
  • Nice to have
  • - Experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
