About the role
- - Support the wider product team in delivering key features.
- - Work on a variety of projects with differing stakeholders based on changing priorities.
- - Drive Product Operations improvements through implementing and monitoring an SLA framework.
- - Support in the enhancement of customer service infrastructure, evolving Salesforce, Zendesk, and customer call software.
- - Support key enhancements to the ledger system such as interest calculations methods and transactions state visibility.
- - Play a key role in sprint planning and owning the team’s backlog.
- - Provide clarity to engineering teams and lead end of sprint demos.
Requirements
- - Someone who is adaptable in their approach and is comfortable switching tasks.
- - Someone with a customer service focused background who deeply understands both colleague and customer needs.
- - Experience in managing customer service focused platforms.
- - Proven ability to prioritise feature requests based on data.
- - Ability to build meaningful, longstanding relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- - Action oriented mindset, contributing to improving best practices and refining the product ownership processes.
- - Able to identify dependencies and challenges and creatively work to resolve them to safeguard the delivery plan for your engineering team.
- - You prioritise outcomes over output.
- - Live and breathe product and love working with engineering and test colleagues.
- - You are a self-starter, are curious and actively takes ownership to deliver outcomes.
- Nice to have
- - Experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
