About the role
- Align global teams around a clear and compelling vision, strategy and product roadmap that inspires all key stakeholders
- Ownership and accountability for the business growth strategy, deliverables, go-to-market strategy, and P&L
- Maintain a competitive market overview to identify white spaces, strategic threats and opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional leaders to drive focus on the business growth strategy
- Ensure we have the greatest of all possible ROIs through appropriately sized launches
Requirements
- 15+ years focused on building sophisticated and data-driven B2B software products
- Subject matter expertise in the industry and known expert in the financial software market
- Proven expertise of product strategy, double-digit software growth, and revenue achievement
- Extensive enterprise team management experience in a complex, matrixed software environment
- Ability to lead complex change management and communications
- Strong ability to inspire and coach, and a history of hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high performing teams
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
