About the role
- Serve as the SME for data integration across multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Design and implement ELT pipelines using modern tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Matillion)
- Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns and frameworks to support enterprise-wide data flows
- Create and optimize database views to support business intelligence, operational reporting, and data accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and application owners to ensure alignment on data strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues across cloud and on-prem environments
- Document technical designs, data mappings, and integration workflows
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on data integration best practices
Requirements
- 4 to 7 Years of experience
- Extensive experience with ELT/ETL tools and data pipeline development
- Strong understanding of data integration across multiple ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL and experience creating complex views and queries
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
