About the role

  • Leadership of the installation planning and execution team
  • Measured on install time from PO, forecastability, customer experience and budget
  • Oversee a team to establish and maintain positive customer and internal processes
  • Strengthen cross‑functional alignment to drive higher customer satisfaction
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Build a culture of excellence and accountability through KPIs and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure all requirements at customer sites are met in a timely manner
  • Anticipate and solve problems in the implementation pathway
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to timeline adherence and project closure speed
  • Deliver executive dashboards highlighting progress and risks
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to resolve barriers
  • Ensure predictability and transparency in project delivery performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or marketing, or related field required, (M.B.A. preferred)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
  • Minimum 5-8 years solid project management experience required
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience in domains such as managing customer service, sales, field operations, or sales administration required
  • Healthcare industry or clinical environment experience strongly preferred
