About the role

  • Use various techniques to create drafts, storyboards and wireframes
  • Produce final design solutions for all media (e.g. logos, social assets, interfaces, websites and app designs) and presentations which best communicate work
  • Deck design for varying clients
  • Create content for our agency’s social media channels
  • Support new business pitches
  • Understand project requirements and concepts across a variety of mediums
  • Work with Senior Creatives to receive feedback, using it to improve work while working autonomously to execute visionSupport the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in a location that is commutable to the Bogota office
  • 2-4 years experience with design. Bonus points if it’s in advertising.
  • Skilled with Google Slides and Microsoft powerpoint
  • Experience with design software and editing tools, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. Bonus points for After Effects and Premier
  • Ability and willingness to use Gen AI tools to increase productivity
  • Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, hierarchy and composition) with a keen eye for detail
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Highly creative with problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Consistency in quality regardless of project size
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
