Sales

• Coordinate and deliver presentations for all new business opportunities to new prospects, consultants and existing clients by attending pre meets, liaising with investment and marketing teams, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. Prioritise workflows to meet deadlines across all the supported channels.
• Support the Consultant Relationship Team’s efforts with global and regional consultants. Manage the consultant quarterly reporting cycle across Insight’s main investment capabilities (LDI, fixed income & multi-asset).
• Contribute to the prospecting efforts of the business development team by researching prospects and perform in-depth analysis of the competitor and product landscape, supporting the building of new client relationships potentially and identifying new business opportunities.
• Query resolution for the business development teams; includes maintaining a shared mailbox supporting BNY sales activity.
• Managing the post-sales process and ensuring follow-ups are completed and pipelines are accurately updated.
• Work and often lead on business development projects. Recent examples include the building out of sales messaging and materials for new investment strategies and management of targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage the team’s oversight of RFI/RFP pipeline, prioritising to ensuring deadlines are met and, where required, assist in their completion.

• Own and maintain the physical data architecture across the core data estate, including schemas, tables, views, and modelling standards
• Design and evolve conceptual, logical, and physical data models across core business and investment domains
• Define and maintain canonical data models and shared entity definitions to support consistent cross domain reporting and analytics
• Work closely with Data Stewards to define and maintain business vocabularies, canonical definitions, and domain concepts
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Consumers to ensure data models accurately reflect agreed business meaning and usage
• Translate business concepts into logical and physical data structures that can be reliably implemented by engineering teams
• Act as a translator between business stakeholders and engineers, reducing ambiguity and rework caused by inconsistent interpretation of data
• Define and maintain data architecture standards, modelling conventions, and reference patterns

• Define and continuously evolve the architectural vision for our Data Platform, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and aligned with our enterprise-wide data strategy and long-term platform goals
• Representing the architectural perspective to integrate our Data Platform with our broader cloud estate. Advocate for seamless interoperability with wider applications and data flows and governance across the organisation
• Implement enterprise-wide Data and Master Data Management practices to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across the platform. Maintain consistent, trusted master data and support architectural decisions that promote data governance and regulatory standards
• Promote system and human access to data through well-governed, secure, and scalable mechanisms. Design access controls and metadata strategies that support democratised data usage while safeguarding privacy and security
• Champion cost-aware architectural strategies that optimise resource utilisation, striking an effective balance between performance and budget
