• Provide a proactive and high-quality IT Support
• Ensure tickets / requests are responded to within a timely manner
• Manage end users’ expectations and ensure they receive regular updates on outstanding issues
• Ensure that agreed service standards are being met and instigate appropriate procedures when they are not

IT Helpdesk Analyst

Business Analyst

• Work with the product owner and the business to develop and detail the product backlog in the form of Epics, Features and Stories
• Help the business owners and teams to prioritise work
• Act as the communication channel between product owners, business owners and the Agile delivery team you work within
• Contribute to the planning and execution of system and acceptance testing
• Undertake JIT analysis and documentation to support the team’s sprint activities
• Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle across different business areas within Insight
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with the business representatives, working across teams and multiple sites

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Advise on and review term sheets relating to new securitisation structured finance transactions.
• Structuring, review, and negotiation of transaction documents (including the security package) on a variety of UK and cross border or multi-jurisdictional structured finance transactions covering a variety of asset classes and note formats (e.g.: variable funding notes).
• Evaluate legal risk, communicate such risk to the Secured Finance investment desk and to the extent required, ensuring such risk is sufficiently mitigated in the transaction documents.
• Liaising with and instructing external counsel and advisors in multiple jurisdictions, as required.
• Coordinate and supervise legal work performed by external counsel including responsibility for internal legal sign-off on transaction documents.
• Overseeing transaction closings from the legal perspective.
• Supporting the investment desk with legal queries arising in connection with existing investments and potential new transactions.
• Providing legal assistance on all elements of a transaction’s lifecycle (e.g. amendments, waivers, restructurings, etc.) with respect to current investments.
• Ensure Insight and Insight’s clients’ EU and UK Securitisation Regulation compliance, including overseeing legal sign-off prior to the purchase of any securitisation positions in both the public and private markets, keeping abreast of any EU and UK Securitisation Regulation (proposed) changes or interpretive guidance, and responding promptly to ensure securitisation positions remain compliant.

Senior Lawyer – Structured Finance, Securitisation

Analyst

• Logging, triaging, and resolving technical issues related to desktop systems, video conferencing equipment, printers, and applications.
• Providing guidance and troubleshooting for commonly used applications.
• Managing user provisioning, permissions, and access requests.
• Assisting in continuity planning and liaising with external vendors.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Junior Service Desk Analyst

Security Engineer

• Work within the CISO team as a Security Architect and act as a subject matter expert.
• Conduct assessments of projects and third-party vendors to ensure cybersecurity standards are met.
• Stay updated on cyber threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Conduct threat modelling of systems and applications.
• Conduct regular training sessions and awareness programs for development teams.
• Work with cross functional teams to integrate security into business processes.

Security Architect

• Maintain and update alerts/rules within Insight Investment’s monitoring solution and SIEM.
• Investigate, record and respond to SIEM alerts, determine scope and severity of incidents, and coordinate containment and remediation efforts.
• Define, implement and continuously improve operational security processes and runbooks to align with compliance standards and evolving threats.
• Assist with integrating and configuring security tooling, ensuring effective data ingestion, enrichment and alerting across the environment.
• Participate in threat hunting activities to proactively identify suspicious behaviour and improve detection coverage.
• Deliver vulnerability management: analyse scanning outputs, coordinate with technology teams and ensure timely notification and remediation tracking.
• Generate new security controls as required and enforce security processes and requirements across the business.
• Participate in the out-of-hours, on-call rotation, supporting incident response efforts during non-core hours.

Cyber Defence Analyst

Software Engineer

• Insight Investment is looking for a Developer to join the Fusion Integrated Solutions team in London. As a Developer, you will work on a greenfield project, building new strategies which utilise CDI (Cashflow Driven Investment) and LDI (Liability Driven Investing), to manage corporate pension risks for our clients.
• The software is built using the latest React technology stack and micro-frontends backing onto .NET Core 8 services hosted in Azure using Kubernetes and SQL Server databases hosted in Azure SQL. We are constantly driving forward, with an aim to maintain the latest technology stack and addressing tech debt to keep our platform up to date.
• You will work in one of the most high-profile development teams within Insight, using Agile methodologies and Kanban and the latest .NET technology. You will work closely with the business and be involved in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and working with other product teams within Insight.
• Role Responsibilities
• As a Developer, beyond your day-to-day development work you will:
• Work across the full stack, with a focus on frontend development to deliver high-quality testable code to deliver new product features.
• Provide technical advice to other developers and take an active role in designing new technical standards.
• Take ownership for driving change and innovation, bring relevant teams together and lead retrospectives.
• Assess and recommend architectural patterns based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Present information concisely to individuals within and outside of the Technology function.
• Mentor the wider team to support the Team lead and help optimise team performance.

Developer

Architect

• Insight Investment is looking for an Architect to join the Architecture team in Manchester. The role is hands-on across a variety of our key initiatives: AKS, GitHub Enterprise, data platforms, and distributed architectures.
• The purpose of the role is to bolster the Development and Technology Change departments, identifying opportunities to add value and make our technical delivery more sustainable in service to our core business. This can range from traditional architectural support with the teams, onboarding new functionality across our various platforms, evangelising new approaches, or doing detailed analysis or development work to solve challenging problems.
