About the role

  • This is a pure outbound appointment setting role - not a sales or closing position.
  • The Virtual Assistant will focus exclusively on cold outreach to business owners, initiating conversations, identifying pain points, and booking qualified appointments for the agency owner.
  • The role will begin as part-time during the first 1–2 weeks as a trial period. High performers who consistently book qualified appointments may be offered a full-time schedule.
  • Execute 30–50 outbound calls per day.
  • Consistently book 1–2 qualified appointments daily.
  • Build rapport quickly and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between interested business owners and the Agency Owner.

Requirements

  • C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting for marketing agencies or B2B services (strongly preferred)
