💰 $7 - $9 per hour

About the role

  • Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms including: Instagram (content creation + related Shop) TikTok (content creation + related Shop) Facebook (content creation + related Shop)
  • Create and publish engaging content across all platforms (short-form video, posts, basic graphics using Canva)
  • Support and/or manage paid advertising efforts across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Google Ads TikTok Ads Snapchat Ads
  • Assist with ad creative development, testing, and basic performance monitoring
  • Manage day-to-day tasks within Shopify, including: Order management, Order tracking including proactive customer follow ups on any order delays and expedited shipping requests
  • Handle customer service inquiries via: Email and chatbot (Gorgias)
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as: Data entry, Email reminders to Founder/CEO of the company, Order tracking, Tradeshow preparations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Working knowledge of Shopify (or strong ability to learn quickly)
  • Experience supporting or managing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers and business partners
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Able to multitask across marketing, operations, and admin work
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
  • Ecommerce experience (especially multi-channel selling)
  • Experience with TikTok content creation and TikTok Shop
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation to improve efficiency
  • Background as a virtual assistant or operations support role
