About the role
- Answer inbound calls and follow up on form-submitted leads promptly
- Qualify prospects, understand trip requirements, and provide accurate quotes in real time
- Confidently close bookings on the phone and via email/SMS
- Handle objections professionally and guide customers toward booking decisions
- Convert warm leads into confirmed reservations
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted businesses (corporate, events, hotels, executives, etc.)
- Source and research leads using tools such as D7 Lead Finder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Set qualified B2B appointments for partnership and corporate contract discussions
- Create and manage reservations within the CRM (GHL_GohighLevel)/booking platform (LimoAnywhere)
- Ensure trips are properly scheduled and dispatched
- Monitor trip lifecycle and assist with post-trip follow-up when needed
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM
- Identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities
- Provide feedback on lead quality, scripts, and messaging
- Support email and follow-up campaigns when needed
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
- Comfortable speaking with both individual consumers (B2C) and business decision-makers (B2B)
- Ability to think fast, problem-solve, and quote services accurately
- Confident, persuasive communicator with a professional phone presence
- Experience using CRMs, booking tools, and call systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction
- Background in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or service-based sales (Preferred)
- Experience selling to corporate clients or managing B2B accounts (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Ads–driven inbound leads (Preferred)
- Sales or appointment-setting metrics to demonstrate performance (Preferred)
