About the role

  • Answer inbound calls and follow up on form-submitted leads promptly
  • Qualify prospects, understand trip requirements, and provide accurate quotes in real time
  • Confidently close bookings on the phone and via email/SMS
  • Handle objections professionally and guide customers toward booking decisions
  • Convert warm leads into confirmed reservations
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted businesses (corporate, events, hotels, executives, etc.)
  • Source and research leads using tools such as D7 Lead Finder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Set qualified B2B appointments for partnership and corporate contract discussions
  • Create and manage reservations within the CRM (GHL_GohighLevel)/booking platform (LimoAnywhere)
  • Ensure trips are properly scheduled and dispatched
  • Monitor trip lifecycle and assist with post-trip follow-up when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM
  • Identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, scripts, and messaging
  • Support email and follow-up campaigns when needed

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
  • Comfortable speaking with both individual consumers (B2C) and business decision-makers (B2B)
  • Ability to think fast, problem-solve, and quote services accurately
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a professional phone presence
  • Experience using CRMs, booking tools, and call systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction
  • Background in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or service-based sales (Preferred)
  • Experience selling to corporate clients or managing B2B accounts (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads–driven inbound leads (Preferred)
  • Sales or appointment-setting metrics to demonstrate performance (Preferred)
