• Replace repetitive SDR tasks with scalable outbound programs that still feel one-to-one
• Build outbound processes from scratch that directly generate pipeline, questioning playbooks when they slow us down
• Deploy chatbots and AI assistants to engage high-intent leads instantly—even off-hours
• Engineer for Both Data and Humans
• Ensure every system stays in sync and every decision is grounded in trustworthy, centralized data
• Monitor funnel signals and experiment relentlessly to remove friction, increase conversion, and uncover new opportunities
• Balance automation with human handoffs so Sales and CS teams act at exactly the right moment
• Experiment, Measure, Iterate
• Launch controlled experiments to test messaging, workflows, and triggers—then pivot quickly based on results
