About the role

  • Own and manage our CRM infrastructure, with HubSpot at the center.
  • Architect and maintain end-to-end revenue workflows across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Set up, integrate, and optimize outbound systems at scale, including: Email (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, etc.) LinkedIn automation (Waalaxy, Meet Alfred, etc.) Telegram outreach (nReach and similar tools).
  • Set up and manage inbound systems, including: Newsletter flows and segmentation Lead capture and routing from website forms Ads, retargeting, and attribution logic (where applicable).
  • Build and maintain automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect systems and eliminate manual work.
  • Ensure all touchpoints, activities, and data flow cleanly into HubSpot.
  • Design and maintain revenue dashboards (pipeline health, lead sources, conversion rates, outbound performance, etc.).
  • Partner with the Revenue Director to: Plan future-proof systems Anticipate edge cases Improve scalability and data hygiene Continuously document processes and improve system reliability.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRMs, especially HubSpot
  • Proven experience setting up and managing outbound sales systems at scale
  • Experience with inbound marketing systems (newsletters, forms, ads, retargeting, etc.)
  • Solid working knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, methodical, and systems-oriented
  • Ability to see the big picture while still executing at a detailed, technical level
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with clear ownership.
