- Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Interview effectively with passion and care to maintain excellence and candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and refine candidate profiles.
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and leverage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and generate insights.
- Collaborate with the People Operations Team to measure and improve recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction scores.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Report on recruitment data including time, cost of hire, number of applicants, and other useful insights.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese both in writing and verbal.
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets.
- Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with ATS and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A growth mindset and adaptability to support cross-functional recruitment efforts.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit with a drive to take ownership of challenges.
