• Execute daily laboratory routines, including sample preparation and analysis
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment (including ICP when applicable)

• Prospect, mediate, and manage relationships with farmers, ensuring smooth transitions and partnership success.
• Supervise and align third parties seeking farmer partners, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes.
• Conduct remote and in-person meetings to introduce InPlanet and our business model, addressing questions and showcasing partnership value.
• Identify, organize, and attend relevant fairs and events to promote InPlanet and establish valuable connections.
• Collaborate on creating pitches, webinars, articles, and promotional materials to attract new partners.
• Assist in eligibility assessments, document submissions, and the preparation of partnership contracts and NDAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for the farming community, fostering trust and maintaining strong relationships.
• Track progress through a comprehensive CRM and measure success by hectares closed and partnership velocity.
• Travel across Centro Oeste, and other regions to strengthen partnerships and support project implementation.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of innovative business models that benefit all stakeholders.

• You’ll help define and scale a novel carbon removal product - taking it from early traction to being a key player in agriculture and mining.
• Lead the design and execution of a world-class ERW deployment operation across Brazil, with scalability in mind.
• Translate InPlanet’s carbon and climate goals into clear operational strategies and regional delivery models.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational KPIs, systemisation, and performance data.
• You’ll drive go-to-market strategies that bring breakthrough mineral products into entrenched agricultural systems, building the trust and partnerships needed for national adoption.
• Oversee the sourcing, logistics, and deployment of rock powder - from mine to farm.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and tax records following Brazilian GAAP and IFRS
• Support financial consolidation across multiple entities and geographies
• Drive or support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support the Finance team in corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations
• Ensure strong internal controls and help mitigate financial and operational risks
• Coordinate compliance with local and international tax and accounting standards
• Support treasury operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow planning
• Partner with FP&A to align operational and financial insights
• Manage with external auditors and advisors during audits and reviews
