About the role

  • Support day-to-day People & Culture operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, P&C administration, and data/reporting
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling in the HRIS/ATS
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including kits, orientations, and newcomer support
  • Prepare HR letters and maintain trackers, templates, and documentation
  • Support planning and execution of engagement activities, including logistics, materials, and feedback
  • Research HR best practices and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and document handling
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with initiative
