About the role
- Support day-to-day People & Culture operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, P&C administration, and data/reporting
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling in the HRIS/ATS
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including kits, orientations, and newcomer support
- Prepare HR letters and maintain trackers, templates, and documentation
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities, including logistics, materials, and feedback
- Research HR best practices and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and document handling
- Clear and professional communication
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with initiative
