About the role
- Implement and maintain regional digital gold standards across social, earned, owned, and paid media
- Ensure accurate tagging, taxonomy, governance, and Visual Brand Language compliance across markets
- Manage central social/ad accounts (Meta BM, TikTok BC, Google)
- Support website maintenance and AI optimization
- Drive influencer marketing excellence
- Lead optimization cycles to improve cost efficiency and funnel KPIs
- Maintain accuracy of the Live Digital Cockpit with complete Search and Social data ingestion
- Combine social listening, SEO/GEO, and platform insights to provide actionable market guidance
- Support market digitalization (automation, AI-assisted workflows, data governance)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of digital agency experience with expertise in media planning/activation, tagging, analytics, campaign optimization, and influencer marketing
- Strong background in social and search platforms with proven success in KPI tracking, optimization, and digital governance
- Skilled in AI-supported workflows (content generation, QA, optimization insights, GPTs, prompt engineering)
- Experienced with dashboards (Looker Studio), digital insights, and cross-channel measurement
- Effective in engaging and managing multiple markets, stakeholders, and agencies with precision and speed
