About the role
- Lead the sales team to meet short and long-term business goals.
- Set and communicate national sales objectives, targets, and quotas.
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor and review team and individual performance.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve results.
- Conduct territory mapping and allocate resources effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Analyze sales and customer data, synthesize insights, and develop go-to-market plans.

Requirements
- Sales management experience in healthcare (OTC and prescription).
- Experience managing national pharmacy accounts.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
- Strong data analysis and commercial skills.
