- Execute project plans using Inoapps’ governance and methodology.
- Build and lead cohesive project teams in collaboration with Practice Leaders.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations with critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Integrate complex process and organizational change management.
- Define and document tasks and critical paths with high-quality project documentation.
- Manage client and supplier deliverables, escalating issues with commercial impact.
- Contribute to the creation of Statements of Work (SoW).
- Own and forecast project budgets using Oracle Analytics Cloud Service.
- Communicate project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with SoW terms, applying change governance to drive margin growth.
- Protect Inoapps’ commercial interests and manage external communications.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders.

- Adhere to internal governance and control procedures.
- Contribute to practice development through knowledge harvesting and best practice sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Project Management certification (Oracle PM or PMP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office tools.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Adaptability and resilience.
- Minimum 7 years’ Oracle SAAS/EBS Project Management experience
- Professional Services delivery
- Commercial and customer management of an Oracle implementation project
- Led at least two end to end Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM implementation projects as a system integrator, including data migration
- Led at least one global implementation
- Led at least one multi-pillar implementation
- Management of remote, global project teams
- Successfully managed Fixed Price and Time and Materials contracts
- Owned and managed Oracle SAAS Environment plans
- Client facing pre-sales activities
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of some of the business processes within an Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, Public Sector, or Manufacturing industry
- In addition to SI experience, having experience of managing Oracle projects customer-side
- Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Oracle Infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of, or experience in the management of testing workstreams
- People and Performance Management of direct reports
