About the role
- Lead and support the team to ensure aligned priorities and successful, on-time delivery of shared goals.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements; support estimation and ensure clear documentation to enable effective implementation.
- Plan and coordinate client frontend development activities, ensuring proper version control, release planning, and quality standards.
- Oversee test planning and execution, manage test scope and resources, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Supporting audits and assisting the Compliance team by providing the scope of latest changes.
- Plan and supervise releases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth deployments and audit readiness.
- Monitor, prioritize, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.
- Experience in project management role in the Software industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and analyzing.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with leading software development team.
