About the role

  • Organization and planning of routes and schedules for our field service technicians
  • Supporting service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure smooth information flow
  • Customer communication — by telephone and in writing
  • Planning and coordinating internal processes and maintenance of relevant data in our systems
  • General office organization and handling of day-to-day business

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer service required
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Basic technical understanding and an interest in learning new technical topics
