About the role
- Organization and planning of routes and schedules for our field service technicians
- Supporting service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
- Close collaboration with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure smooth information flow
- Customer communication — by telephone and in writing
- Planning and coordinating internal processes and maintenance of relevant data in our systems
- General office organization and handling of day-to-day business
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in customer service required
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic technical understanding and an interest in learning new technical topics
