About the role

  • Organize and schedule service routes for our field technicians
  • Support service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure a smooth information flow
  • Customer communication – by phone and in writing
  • Plan and coordinate internal processes and maintain relevant data in our systems
  • General office organization and handling of day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of customer service experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
  • Basic technical understanding and a willingness to work into new technical topics
