About the role
- Organize and schedule service routes for our field technicians
- Support service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure a smooth information flow
- Customer communication – by phone and in writing
- Plan and coordinate internal processes and maintain relevant data in our systems
- General office organization and handling of day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of customer service experience required
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
- Basic technical understanding and a willingness to work into new technical topics
