💰 €60,000 - €70,000 per year
About the role
- You lead, develop, and support our team of service technicians and installers
- You oversee the creation of deployment schedules for our technicians and ensure that all service and installation assignments are completed on time and efficiently
- You handle incoming customer and supplier inquiries independently and ensure high customer satisfaction
- You maintain customer relationships and assist with de-escalation
- You work closely with various internal departments and optimize service and installation processes
- Regular communication with management regarding the status of operations is also part of your responsibilities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in service and maintenance and/or service coordination
- You are a team player, work independently, and are willing to take responsibility for your work
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, organizational talent, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
